A couple weeks ago, I decided that I should start exercising again.  Unlike all my previous exercise regimens, this one is geared towards building up aerobic endurance.  My natural skeletal muscle composition favors fast-twich fibers; therefore, running 2-3 days a week and biking and additional 2-3 days has been interesting, to say the least.
